How much does it cost to build a house in Surrey or Hampshire?
It depends on the size, the specification and the plot, so we price every build individually from your drawings. You get a fixed, itemised quote with a stage-by-stage payment plan, which means you only ever pay for completed work. The consultation and the quote are free.
How long does a new build take?
A single house takes around 9–14 months from groundworks to handover, depending on size and specification. We agree the schedule before we start and report progress against it.
Do you work with our architect?
Yes. Most clients come to us with drawings. We price from them, flag anything that affects cost, and work with your architect through the build. If you don't have one yet, we'll introduce you to architects we've built with before.
