Farnborough's housing runs from Victorian terraces near the town centre to the post-war semis of Cove and the newer estates around Southwood. We've worked on all of them. The 1930s–1960s semis that make up much of the town are ideal for rear extensions and dormer loft conversions, and most qualify for permitted development, so many of our Farnborough projects never need a planning application. Where permission is needed, we deal with Rushmoor Borough Council regularly and know what their planners expect.
